Welcome to the East Coast Maine Coon Rescue (ECMCR) Adoption Center.
We thank you for your interest in our Maine Coon and Maine Coon Mix cats.
ECMCR is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization composed of dedicated volunteers
who are committed to rescuing abandoned Maine Coon and Maine Coon Mix
cats, and placing them in properly screened and loving forever homes.
ECMCR rescues and adopts MC and MC Mix cats in the following states:
Connecticut; Delaware; Florida; Georgia; Maine; Maryland; Massachusetts;
New Hampshire; New Jersey; New York; North Carolina; Pennsylvania; Rhode
Island; South Carolina; Virginia; Vermont; and West Virginia.
Our Adoption Center is where you will find all the information needed
regarding the ECMCR adoption process, as listed below.
Please bear in mind that due to the high demand for ECMCR cats/kittens,
a selected cat applied for is never guaranteed and may not be available,
assuming you are approved as an adopter by ECMCR. In that instance, ECMCR
case managers will work with you to find another suitable ECMCR cat/kitten
ECMCR Adoption Donation: ECMCR is able to save and rescue each
Maine Coon and Maine Coon Mix cat thanks to the generous support of ECMCR
adopters and individual donors. As an ECMCR adopter, your adoption donation
helps us continue our organization's efforts to save and rescue MC and
MC Mix cats. The ECMCR Adoption may be donated via PayPal by using the
PayPal link located below OR you may mail the adoption donation to the
mailing address noted at the bottom of this section. ECMCR is a 100% volunteer-run
501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and all donations go to the care of
ECMCR cats.
The adoption donation amounts listed below allow ECMCR to continue to
rescue and vet the Maine Coon and Maine Coon Mix cats we save.

Transportation: We offer transportation for an additional
donation of $75.00 - $90.00.
ECMCR Adoption Donation: This is where you make your adoption
donation in connection with the ECMCR adoption process, once the approval
process is completed. Please make the adoption donation via the PayPal
link below OR by mailing the donation to the address detailed below.
