| I understand that I can return this cat to ECMCR at any period in
time and that a refund will only be given if the timeframe is within
10 days or less. |

| If adopting a kitten under the age of 6 months or any cat or kitten
that is not spayed or neutered, I agree that I will provide a
prepaid spay/neuter agreement. The Spay/Neuter contract can be

| I agree to keep this cat indoors at all times. If I am going to take
this cat outdoors, the cat will be on a leash and supervised by me.
Under no circumstances will I allow this cat out doors unsupervised. |

| I agree to never declaw this cat. Declawing is inhumane and will not
only cause serious pain and suffering but it will also cause long
term health problems. |

| I will supply, food water, a bed, vetting and scratching post for
the cat. |
| |
| I understand that when adopting a new family pet that there are
expenses involved. I am prepared and capable of providing the above
necessities for the well being of the cat. |

| - ECMCR has not mislead
me about the adoption of this cat |
| - ECMCR has been honest
with the medical care that this cat has had. If any health issues
arrive, I cannot hold ECMCR responsible. |
| - ECMCR accepts no
responsibility for any liability for nay injury or damages to any
person or properly caused by this cat. |
| - ECMCR members have
the right of interest to contact me at any time regarding the care
of this cat. |

| If I do not fulfill the
above agreement, ECMCR has the right to reclaim the cat. |
